This is a super special flavour right from our first event and collaboration with Qattf Farms back in December. The sweet, floral notes of orange blossom paired with the luscious, earthy homemade fig jam create a perfect dance of flavours in your heart, soul, and mouth. The fig jam is swirled in through the pint for a burst of flavour with every bite.
All figs used in this ice cream are locally grown and freshly harvested in Qattf farms in Liwa, Abu Dhabi.
